Minecraft Skin Request - Nekojester (Double Skin)

Double Minecraft Skin request for Nekojester over on FA.

They gave me a chance to choose which character of theirs I'd make a skin for. In the end I decided to do both characters. Raiya is a great practice of a character with multiple colours, whilst Jester is a simpler character, that allows me to practice actualy Hats in Minecraft. Ultimately, the requester can decide which skin they wanted to use now.
